Description :

IP-10 / CXCL10 is a chemokine produced by a variety of cell types including monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells during the delayed hypersensitivity response. IP-10 functions as a chemoattractant towards monocytes, activated lymphocytes and certain T-cells and acts via the specific CXC chemokine receptor CXCR3. Recombinant Human IP-10 His Tag produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 77 amino acids fragment (22-98) and having a total molecular mass of 8.5 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The rHuIP-10 His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation:

Recombinant human IP-10 His is supplied in 1x PBS and 50% glycerol.

Stability:

Store at 4 °C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20 °C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
