Interleukin-10 regulates immune-mediated inflammation and modulates the function of cells such as lymphocytes, monocytes, natural killer cells and dendritic cells.

Interleukin-10 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is single, a non-glycosylated, Polypeptide chain containing 160 amino acids fragment (19-178) and having a total molecular mass of 18.6 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag. The IL-10 His-Tag is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
