APO-M Human HEK (Apolipoprotein M)
- Part of the lipocalin family of proteins. It is more commonly been linked with the HDL rather than LDL and lipoproteins that are rich in triglyceride.
- Membrane bound protein that can be secreted from the plasma membrane. It has major function in helping lipid transport.
Formulation: Lyophilized and filtered from 0.5 mg/ml in 50mM NaCl, pH 7.5 and 20mM TRIS.
Solubility: Let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely in 0.5 mg/ml of deionized water (stock solution).
Stability: Store lyophilized at -20°C for long term storage and 4°C for short term. Please avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles.
Applications: Western Blot, ELISA analysis, Animal and Cell culture studies.
Purity: More than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
