Human Visfatin

Source:  Escherichia Coli.

Physical Appearance:  Lyophilized filtered sterile white powder.

Formulation: Lyophilized (0.5mg/ml) solution containing NaCl (20mM) at pH 7.5 and Tris (20mM).

Stability:  Should store desiccated less than -18°C for long term storage (carrier protein required also). Once reconstituted it should be stored at 4°C and used within 2-7 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Solubility:  Add NaCl (20mM) at pH 7.5 and Tris (20mM) to make stock solution of 0.5 mg/mL. Please allow the lyophilize pellet dissolve fully.

Purity:  More than 95% as observed by SDS-PAGE.

Applications:  Western Blot analysis.
