Intended Use:
Human Aggrecan (PG) ELISA is an enzyme immunoassay designed for quantitative analysis of human aggrecan (PG) in synovial fluid levels in human serum, cell supernatant and synovial fluid.

Expected Values:
(a). Adult sera [age: 16-66 years]: 1-44μg/ml (range) and 2.8μg/ml (mean)
(b). Children sera [age: 3-16 years]: 7-15μg/ml (range) and 10.4μg/ml (mean)
