How to Order

Order Online: Via our website using the online catalogue, shopping cart and checkout facility.

Order by Phone: Call us on 0870 760 5152

Order by Fax: Fax us on 0871 236 4352

Order by Email: sales@biosupply.co.uk

Information required to process your order

  • End User Name / Phone Number
  • Purchase Order Number
  • Purchaser / Delivery / Invoicing Details (i.e. Name/Address/Tele/Fax/email)
  • Product Description, Catalogue Number, Size, Quantity, Unit Price.

Instructions for Online Order

  1. By using the Product Search or Online Catalogue find the item you would like to purchase.
  2. Select the Quantity and press Add to Cart. This will add the item to the Shopping Cart and Mini Shopping Cart.
  3. Repeat this process to continue adding item(s) to the shopping cart.
  4. You can view what you have purchased by looking at the Mini Shopping Cart (displayed in the left column) or you can click on the Shopping Cart link.
  5. At any time you can review the item(s) in the cart. To change the quantity of an item, just change the number in the box, and press the Update button. To remove any item(s) you no longer wish to purchase, revise the quantity to zero (0), and then press the Update button. Pressing the Empty button removes your entire order.
  6. Once you are happy with everything in the Shopping Cart, click on the Checkout button.
  7. At this point you will be asked to login, if you have not done so already. If you do not have a login ID, click the link to register as a member.
  8. After you have logged in, an Order Confirmation page will then appear. Fill in End User Name, End User Telephone Number, and Purchase Order Number. It is also important that you review the item(s) you selected, quantity, price, delivery, and invoicing details to make sure they are correct.
  9. If everything is correct and complete, click on the Process Order button to complete the transaction. After the order is submitted, a thank you page will appear.
  10. You will next be contacted by one of our sales advisors to confirm the order. They will also provide any additional technical information you may require and also give you a delivery date for the item(s) you ordered.
