• Product
Use
All products listed are
for "Research Use Only" and are not intended for
use in diagnostic procedures unless otherwise noted. Such products are not to
be used for diagnostic or drug purposes, or for administration to humans.
Please read the product
label carefully for safety information and warnings related to product hazards.
Some products may present flammable, toxic, or other hazards.
More information can be
obtained by reading the Material Safety Data Sheet, available upon request from
a Customer or Technical Service Representative.
The absence of a warning
must not be construed as an indication that the product is safe. All possible
hazards may not be known at this time. Products should only be handled and used
by qualified personnel familiar with the potential hazards and trained in laboratory
procedures.
• Changes
Orders placed on the BioSupply
UK Ltd. web site may be changed or amended only by written agreement signed
by both Buyer and Seller, setting forth the particular changes to be made and
the effect, if any, of these changes on the price and time of delivery.
Buyer may not cancel this
order unless BioSupply UK Ltd. expressly agrees to cancellation in writing.
In the event that this cancellation causes any additional expenses to be incurred
by BioSupply UK Ltd., a cancellation charge covering these expenses will be
charged to the buyer.
While every effort is made
to keep information provided by BioSupply UK Ltd. up to date, BioSupply UK Ltd.
will not be liable to you or anyone else if errors should occur in information
provided on this website.
• Shipping and Delivery
All orders are subject to
availability. Prices of products do not include freight and packing, or VAT.
We reserve the right to
partially ship items on a given sales order pending product availability.
Risk of loss on all products
shipped by BioSupply UK Ltd. to purchasers shall pass upon receipt of those
products at purchaser's place of delivery.
Upon receipt of goods the
buyer should inspect all aspects of the shipment for accuracy, defects or damage,
applicable expiry dates and inform the seller in writing of any issues. This
notification must take place within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Each shipment will be followed
by a corresponding invoice, which covers the quantities shipped and has the
required date of payment against that invoice.
• Returns
Quality is priority at BioSupply
UK Ltd. However, should any product not perform as described in the product
literature, it will be replaced.
The buyer must notify BioSupply
UK Ltd. within 14 days after the goods have been received to request an exchange
or replacement.
There may be a 20% fee for
restocking returned products; a restocking fee may be charged if specially packaged
orders are cancelled prior to shipment.
Return authorizations will
be required on all returns. No returns or refunds will be processed more than
thirty days after the date shipped by BioSupply UK Ltd.

Pricing
and Payment Terms
Pricing is subject to change
without notice.
The prices that apply are
those in place at the time of shipment.
Terms of payment are net
30 days unless otherwise noted. Past due accounts may be charged with 5% interest
per month, at the discretion of BioSupply UK Ltd.
BioSupply UK Ltd. reserves
the right to cease shipments of ordered product to those customers who have
outstanding past due invoices.
• Warranty
BioSupply UK Ltd.
warrants to the original purchaser that products sold conform to specifications
provided with delivered products and are free from material defects. We
will replace any product, free of charge that does not meet established product
specifications.
This warranty does
not extend to any product that has been altered in any way by personnel other
than BioSupply UK Ltd. employees or to any product that has been handled in
a manner contrary to instructions included in product documentation.
BioSupply UK Ltd.
is not responsible for patent infringement of other violations that may occur
with the use of BioSupply UK Ltd. products.
BioSupply UK Ltd.
makes no warranty of the products suitability for any purchasers particular
use, and the purchaser or use of the products must determine suitability for
use.
BioSupply UK Ltd.
shall not be liable for any damages or injury to persons or property arising
from the purchase or use of the product.
In no event shall
BioSupply UK’s liability exceed the purchase price paid by the buyer.
In addition, we are not liable for the product after the product expiration
date or for a product that has been misused or has become unusable due to improper
storage or handling.
Contracts
and agreements with BioSupply UK Ltd. shall in all respects be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with English law.
All users of the
BioSupply UK website are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Condition in
their entirety.
